Every morning, from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, the covered terrace is transformed into a rich and colorful buffet. Everything you find on the table comes directly from the Sa Mandra farm, managed by the same family that takes care of Su Passu. A short supply chain and uncompromising authenticity.

From the land to the table
Sa Mandra, the Murrocu family farm, spans over 40 hectares in the Alghero countryside. This is where the cheeses, ricotta, cured meats, honey, and preserves that reach our guests’ tables every morning are produced. It’s not just a saying: it’s a supply chain you can see with your own eyes, as the farm is located just 5 km from the property.
